This place was fully booked, but they managed to squeeze us in, giving us one of our best food experiences in Rome! So DEFINITELY book your reservation in advance. Everyone who helped us was very attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meals. This is some of the best gluten-free food my partner and I have EVER eaten, gluten-free or otherwise. The service was excellent and the restaurant is run by a coeliac so you know that the food follows all safety guidelines to avoid cross-contamination. Stopped at random for just a drink before going somewhere else for dinner but after seeing the wait staff in action and the food being served around us, we decided to stay. Not disappointed. We all had spaghetti of different flavors and we all thought seriously about liking our pans clean. Robert and Albert were great servicers. We had a margarita pizza and it is literally 10/10!! Best pizza in Rome, it’s open late and a great price!!! Yum and thank you for your amazing service and food!
