Data and purposes
We may process contact-form details, correspondence, security data and professional information submitted for listing claims or changes. We use it to answer requests, prevent abuse, verify business representation and perform a requested contract.
Legal bases
Processing is based on consent or a request you make, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating a secure and accurate directory.
Public professional data
Business listings may contain professional information from public sources or supplied by the business. Affected persons may request correction, objection or removal where applicable.
Providers and transfers
Providers include Cloudflare for hosting and security; Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention; the map provider when an embedded guide map is displayed; Stripe and the business portal for payments, claims and listings. International transfers rely on applicable adequacy mechanisms or contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while handled and for a reasonable claims period. Payment and invoicing records follow statutory retention periods. Security evidence is kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse.
