I purchased a pair of shoes that started falling apart at the airport on the way home. These are not quality made. Very poor customer service!!! I’ve been in this store three separate times hoping to have a different experience and they have consistently been rude and abrasive. Also, the authenticity of their shoes are questionable. Don’t waste your money here. There are too many quality shoe stores in Italy to waste your money here! Does not respond to emails even though the owner specifically requested I email them my order. Very unhelpful. Unfortunately the High End Brands, like Jimmy Choo are fake, you can tell by the logo, how it is tagged on the shoes, it is not even symmetric and the other Italian brands, i can´t tell weather they are real or not, because i didn´t know that brands before, but I googled them and they are way too expensive in this store. I can not recommend this place. On a positive note, customers have appreciated the friendly staff who speak English and the great savings when shopping at Famous Brands Outlet Shoes.
